Privacy Policy for Bud Crush

Effective date: July 22, 2026
Last updated: August 7, 2026

Bud Crush (“the Game,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a mobile match-3 puzzle game published by Edukas Solutions LLC. This Privacy Policy explains what information the Game does and does not handle, and your choices. We’ve kept it short because the Game itself collects very little.

1. The short version

2. Who we are

Bud Crush is developed and operated by Edukas Solutions LLC, the legal entity responsible for the Game. For privacy questions, contact us at the address in Section 11.

3. Information stored on your device

The Game saves the following on your device only (it is not transmitted to us):

If you delete the Game, this on-device data is removed with it.

4. Purchases

Bud Crush offers optional in-app purchases of virtual currency and bundles (for example, Terp Gems and the Starter Pack). When you make a purchase:

Virtual items are licensed to you for use within the Game, are non-refundable except as required by law or your app store’s policies, and have no monetary value.

5. Information collected automatically by the app stores and platform tools

To distribute and run the Game, the app store you use (Google Play or the Apple App Store) and certain platform tools may process limited technical data:

We do not combine any of this store or platform data with information that identifies you. This section describes the app stores and Unity’s purchasing and diagnostic tools only — advertising is described separately in Section 6.

6. Advertising

Bud Crush shows rewarded video ads: when you run out of moves you can choose to watch a short video to earn extra moves. Watching is always your choice — there are no forced, auto-playing, or full-screen interruption ads, and you can keep playing without ever watching one.

Ads are delivered by Unity LevelPlay mediation with Unity Ads as an advertising partner. Please note:

7. Sale and sharing of personal information

We do not sell your personal information for money. The Game does not send your personal information to a server of ours, and our website does not collect it either — see Section 10. Bud Crush has no accounts, and we do not collect your name, email address, or payment details.

Delivering advertising does involve sharing your device’s advertising identifier and related technical data with our advertising partner, which some U.S. state privacy laws treat as a “sale” or “share.” Because of that, we instruct our advertising partner to treat every user as having opted out of the sale or sharing of personal information for advertising purposes. This applies automatically, to everyone, with no action needed from you. To confirm this or ask a question about it, contact us using Section 11.

8. Children’s privacy

Bud Crush is not directed to children and is rated for adults due to its cannabis-themed fictional content. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at the address in Section 11 and we will address it.

9. Your choices and rights

Because the Game stores your data on your device and we do not maintain accounts:

Distribution note: Bud Crush is offered to users in the United States. It is not intended for users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or other regions with separate data-protection regimes; if we expand distribution, this policy will be updated accordingly.

10. The Bud Crush website (budcrush.app)

Sections 1 through 9 describe the Game. This section describes budcrush.app — the website you are reading this page on. It is a small marketing site operated by Edukas Solutions LLC. It has no accounts, no login, and no database.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When our practices change in a material way, we update this page and change the “Last updated” date at the top so you can see when it last changed. We aim to publish those updates alongside the change in the Game.
